【產品特色】脆筍是麻竹筍的頭部,經冷水與溫水浸泡後重壓使水份排出,最後拌粗鹽保鮮而成。脆筍美味鮮脆,是風味絕佳的料理食材。

【食用方式】煮脆筍雞湯、排骨湯時,可將脆筍搓洗2遍以保留一些鹹度,湯可不用放鹽。若非湯類料理先浸泡2小時以除去鹽份,可炒豆皮、木耳、肉絲、豆瓣醬或滷肉。
