【產品特色】筍茸是麻竹筍的尾部,煮熟後重壓使水份排出,經過三個月的自然發酵,取出切成絲狀再曬半乾,最後拌粗鹽保鮮而成。曬過的筍散發筍香,風味絕佳的料理食材。

【食用方式】先浸泡2小時,量會變多變軟,切段後以熱水汆燙即可料理。可滷五花肉、蹄膀、香菇、梅干菜等,也可素炒、燉煮排骨筍湯。
